The brand
The 911 GT3 RS is built for a circuit. Most of its life is spent on ordinary roads.
This one is grey with gold lettering and the tall rear wing the model is known for. Films of it usually head for a track, because that is where the numbers are.
We filmed it where cars like this are really driven: a wooded lane, an A-road and a motorway at dusk.
The idea
Take a racing car somewhere ordinary and let the contrast do the work.
On a circuit the GT3 RS looks at home. On a country road, between hedges and lorries, it looks like something that got out. That contrast is the film.
So there are no cones and no lap times. The road is the setting, and the car is the only unusual thing in every frame.

The film
Car to car, low and close, with the trees going past.
Nearly all of it is shot from a moving car, ahead of, behind and alongside the Porsche, so the road is always sliding through the frame.
Detail shots break it up: the wing against the trees, the gold lettering, a brake calliper. It ends with the car pulling away on the motorway.
